Media rich

Used in tandem with your above and below the line traditional marketing campaigns, email provides another channel for communication. We prefer to use media rich emails which integrate the creative you are using in your traditional campaigns and are therefore more eye-catching and recognisable as being from you. Media rich is as its name suggests, capable of adding colour, pictures, graphics, animation, music, sound effects and even video clips into your email campaigns.

Most media-rich emails use html format which some PCs can't receive. To counter this problem but still enable you to send media-rich emails to the majority of your customer base, Netcam use a process that sends plain text emails to those customers who can't receive html and media-rich emails to everyone else on the list.
